The location of the hotel is excellent, close to the airport and just a short distance from the city center. The tram stop is conveniently located within 50 meters, making it easy to explore the city. The staff is friendly and accommodating, going the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay. The included breakfast is a nice perk, and they even offer room service for those who prefer to dine in.
Some guests mentioned the lack of sound isolation in the rooms, which can lead to noise disturbances from outside or within the hotel.

Close to tram station. Near the center of the city by walking distance around 20 minutes to the main square. Convenient location next to tram station. Friendly staff who provided coffee and little sweets every morning

The host was welcoming and provided complimentary breakfast every morning. Rooms were cleaned daily, and the shared bathroom was well-maintained. Convenient location with easy access to public transportation. The nearby supermarket and mini-market were within a short walking distance.

The location was perfect, just a short tram ride away from the central station and within walking distance of the iconic Duomo. The hotel was incredibly clean, with white linen and towels that reminded me of luxury accommodations. Even the shared bathrooms were spotless. The hostess was incredibly hospitable, treating me to coffee, sweets, and fruits in the morning. It felt like visiting a dear relative.
There were a couple of drawbacks. The wifi password couldn't be located by the night staff, which was inconvenient for someone like me who relied on data while traveling from the USA.

I had a great stay at this hotel in Milan. the location was perfect, with the city center just a short walk away and a tram station right next to the hotel. Secondly, the staff was extremely friendly and always willing to help. Lastly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, with the added bonus of a balcony and a view. Additionally, the breakfast provided was very satisfactory.
No major issues, everything was wonderful.
